Tip of the Week: Muscle Building Tips Archives
The best tip that I can give you is this; Your body is a machine. You need to fuel that machine with food to use during workouts, and food to rebuild broken down muscle tissue. Remember, you need an extra 500 calories a day to gain 1 pound per week.
My coach, Ryan Cash over at Sprague High School told me this back when I was 135 pounds of skin and bones.
Now, I am 164.4 pounds, and can single arm curl 50 pounds.
Okay, so I am no body builder, but hey, I have definitely gotten more muscular. 29.4 pounds more muscular to be exact.
If my coach didn’t tell me this way back in the day, I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today.
