Day 10: If It’s Ain’t Good, Don’t Eat It.

Don’t even try to make me eat another hard boiled egg.

I am sick of them.

And I am so done with them.

I was thinking about what I should write about today, and I decided that this was a good topic.

Have you gone on a diet that included nasty foods?

Chances are, you probably have.

The good news is, you don’t have to eat foods you don’t like. (Sometimes)

If you’re not a fan of any and all vegetables, then you may have a problem.

But if you are eating a food that’s good for you on a daily basis, but you absolutely dread eating it come meal time, just kick the food out of your diet.

For me, I was eating hard boiled eggs. They’re so easy to cook, and filled with protein. Best of all, they’re portable.

But hard boiled eggs are soooooooooo nasty.

I am sooooooooo sick of them.

The convenience of being able to pack hard boiled eggs in my lunch just isn’t worth it. I would rather just make scrambled eggs, because at least they’re actually tasty.

So that’s what I am going to do.

Every 4th meal of the day, I was eating 2 eggs… I absolutely dreaded 4th meal. (Hard boiled eggs just aren’t as good as Taco Bell’s 4th meal. lol)

So now I don’t have the convenience of packing my eggs with my lunch, but that’s okay. I would rather just eat them at a different meal when I am at home, and can cook them scrambled.

Remember, folks, this is a lifestyle change.

If you’re eating or doing something right now that you will not be able to do forever, you need to change your approach.

The less you dread doing something, the more likely you will be to do it.

So if you’re eating some nasty meal for the benefits of the foods, please just switch to something just as healthy, that also tastes good.
